Rilakkuma Open Face Pineapple Tart

Ingredients

  • Butter 32g
  • Corn Syrup 21g
  • Corn Flour 18g
  • Flour 40g
  • Pineapple Jam 60g

Decoration

  • Dark chocolate sauce in piping bag 5g

Make the Dough

Wear Gloves!
  1. Add butter + corn syrup in mixing bowl. Mix well
  2. Add corn flour + plain flour. Mix
  3. Place dough on placemat. Knead until thoroughly mixed.
  4. Divide into 7 (6+1 extra tart). Flatten on baking paper then cut with cookie cutter.
PREHEAT THE OVEN 200⁰

Make Rillakkuma Jam:

  1. Divide pineapple jam into 6. Set aside a little amount of each jam to make ears.
  2. Round them up into balls, then stick the head and ears onto the dough.
  3. Place pineapple jam on cookie doughs.
Bake for 12-14 MINS 200° until golden brown.

Decorate Time!

  1. Crush the extra tart into crumbles.
  2. Stick the crumbles on the face and ears using dark chocolate sauce as glue.
  3. Draw the eyes and mouth using chocolate sauce.

Melting Moments Cookies

Light Brown Dough

  • Butter 16g
  • Icing Sugar 5g
  • Potato Starch 10g
  • Flour 16g
  • Cocoa Powder 0.5g
  • Vanilla

Dark Brown Dough

  • Butter 15g
  • Icing Sugar 5g
  • Potato Starch 10g
  • Flour 14g
  • Cocoa Powder 1g
  • Vanilla

Decoration

  • Dark chocolate sauce in piping bag 10g
  • White chocolate sauce in piping bag 5g

Cookies Steps:

MAKE LIGHT BROWN DOUGH (WEAR GLOVES)
  1. Add butter + icing sugar + 1 drop vanilla in mixing bowl. Mix well.
  2. Add potato starch + plain flour + cocoa powder. Mix then place dough on placemat. Knead until thoroughly mixed, set aside.
MAKE DARK BROWN DOUGH (WEAR GLOVES)
  1. Add butter + icing sugar 1 drop vanilla in mixing bowl. Mix well
  2. Add potato starch + plain flour + cocoa powder. Mix then place dough on placemat. Knead until thoroughly mixed.
PREHEAT THE OVEN 160⁰
  1. Divide each doughs into 5. Make a total of 4 bullseye bodies on baking paper, the extra 1 dough is for the features.
  2. Use the extra doughs to make the features, such as the ears, hands, muzzle, mane, and saddle.
BAKE FOR 10 MINS IN 160° HEAT

 

Decorate the Cookies!

  1. Draw the face using dark chocolate sauce.
  2. and draw the ears using white chocolate sauce.

Egg Mayo Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 Boiled egg
  • Mayonnaise 14g
  • 3 Slices of bread
  • Chicken Meatballs 2pcs

Decoration Ingredients

  • Corn Kernel 5g
  • Black Sesame Seed 3g
  • Tomato Sauce Packet
  • Cherry Tomatoes 3pcs
  • Heart Bento Picks 3pcs
  • Bento Picks 2pcs
  • Fresh Lettuce 1pc

Sandwich Steps:

  1. Put meatballs on baking paper, oven meatballs for 12 minutes in 180°
  2. Add boiled egg + mayo into mixing bowl. smash with stirrer then mix till creamy.
  3. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. mix.
  4. Cut the bread using the circle cookie cutter. each bread should make 2 circles, making a total of 6 circles.
ASSEMBLE THE SANDWICH
  1. Spread egg mayo mixture on the bread.
  2. Add the corn for the beak, sesame for the eyes, then tomato sauce for the blush.
  3. Insert the heart pick on top.

Side Dish Steps:

  1. Jab the bento picks inside the 2 meatballs, cut a little on the top meatball to insert corn for beak, add sesame for eyes. Then tomato sauce for the blush.
  2. Cut 1 of the cherry tomatoes in half then jab the bento picks, use the picture as guide.
ASSEMBLE THE BENTO
  1. Spread the lettuce on the takeaway box,
  2. Arrange the sandwich and side dishes just like in the picture.

Magic Unicorn Pineapple Tarts

  • Corn Syrup 16g
  • Corn Flour 15g
  • Flour 33g
  • Pineapple Jam 40g

Decoration Ingredients

  • Yellow fondant 10g
  • Flower Sprinkles 5g
  • Dark Chocolate Sauce 5g

Pineapple Tart Steps:

MAKE FILLING (WEAR GLOVES)
  1. Divide pineapple jam into 4.
  2. Roll each of them into a ball.
MAKING THE DOUGH
  1. Add butter + corn syrup in mixing bowl. mix well.
  2. Add corn flour + plain flour. mix well.
  3. Place dough on placemat. knead until thoroughly mixed.
PREHEAT THE OVEN ON 160⁰
  1. Divide dough into 4. Color each doughs with different colors, then take a small amount of each doughs to make ears.
  2. Flatten the doughs on your palm using your thumb, add the pineapple jam ball, then wrap them up. shape into oval.
  3. Put all doughs on the baking paper, add the ears. Don’t forget to make line dent in the middle of the faces and 2 noses using spatula.
BAKE FOR 15 MINUTES ON 160⁰

Decoration Time:

  1. Roll the yellow fondant into a 10cm strip.
  2. Cut into 4, then shape them like unicorn horns.
ASSEMBLE TIME
  1. Draw on the eyes using dark chocolate sauce.
  2. Glue the fondant horns using chocolate sauce, then glue the flower sprinkles under the horns.

Festive Squirrel Butter Cookies

Brown Dough Ingredients

  • Butter 31g
  • Icing Sugar 10g
  • Corn Flour 20g
  • Flour 22g
  • Cocoa Powder 3g

White Dough Ingredients

  • Butter 15g
  • Icing Sugar 4g
  • Corn Flour 11g
  • Flour 12g

Decoration Ingredients

  • Dark Brown Fondant 5g
  • Pink Chocolate Sauce 3g
  • Dark Chocolate Sauce 5g
  • White Chocolate Sauce 5g
  • Chinese Characters Sugar Sheet Cutouts 4X

Make the White Dough:

  1. Add 14g butter + 4g icing sugar + 2 drops of vanilla in mixing bowl. mix.
  2. Add 11g corn flour + 12g plain flour. mix.
  3. Place dough on placemat. knead until thoroughly mixed.

Make the Brown Dough:

  1. Add 31g butter + 3g cocoa powder + 10g icing sugar + 2 drops of vanilla in a NEW mixing bowl. mix.
  2. Add 20g corn flour + 22g plain flour. mix.
  3. Place dough on placemat. knead until thoroughly mixed.
PREHEAT THE OVEN 160⁰
  1. Divide each doughs into 4. Flatten on baking paper.
  2. Cut the brown dough with squirrel cutter, then cut the white dough using the squirrel face cutter.
  3. Put the cut white dough on top of the brown dough.
BAKE FOR 12 MINUTES AT 160°

Decoration Time!

  1. To make arms, Roll the dark brown dough into a 10cm strip. Cut into 8.
  2. Glue the pink paper cutouts on top of the cookies using chocolate sauce.
  3. Stick the fondant arms
  4. Draw the face and tail using pink, white, and dark chocolate sauces.

Pineapple Tart Winnie & Eeyore

  1. Divide pineapple jam into 4. Roll each of them into a ball.
MAKING THE DOUGH
  1. Add butter + corn syrup in mixing bowl. Mix well.
  2. Add corn flour + plain flour. Mix well.
  3. Place dough on placemat. knead until thoroughly mixed.
PREHEAT OVEN 160⁰
  1. Divide the dough into 2. Add 1 drop purple dye on one of the doughs.
  2. Divide purple dough into 2, and yellow dough into 2. Set aside some dough from each colors for Pooh’s ears, arms, and the round part on Eeyore’s face, and Eeyore’s ears and arm.
  3. Flatten the doughs on your palm using your thumb, add the pineapple jam ball, then wrap them up.
  4. Put all doughs on the baking paper, add the ears arms and Eeyore’s face. Don’t forget to make line dent on the middle of Eeyore’s face using spatula.
BAKE FOR 15 MINS 160°

Decoration Steps:

MAKE THE DECORATION
  1. Divide black fondant into 2.
  2. Roll each of them into a 5cm strip, cut into 5 (making 10 small strips in total).
  3. Then roll them neatly to make Eeyore’s hair
ASSEMBLE TIME
  1. Add Eeyore’s fondant hair,
  2. Draw on the faces using dark chocolate sauce and white chocolate sauce

Orange Sandwich Cookies

Cookie Ingredients

  • Butter 25g
  • Icing Sugar 6g
  • Corn Flour 15g
  • Flour 22g

Filling Ingredients

  • Butter 30g
  • Icing Sugar 50g
  • Orange Jam 15g

Decoration Ingredients

  • Green Chocolate Sauce 3g
  • White Chocolate Sauce 3g

Cookies Steps:

  1. Add butter + icing sugar + 2 drops of vanilla in mixing bowl. mix.
  2. Add corn flour + plain flour. mix.
  3. Place dough on placemat. knead until thoroughly mixed.
PREHEAT OVEN 160°
  1. Add 2 drops of yellow and 2 drops of red food coloring, mix.
  2. Divide dough into 6, flatten on baking paper, cut with circle cookie cutter.
BAKE FOR 9 MINUTES ON 160°

Decoration Time:

MAKING THE FILLINGS
  1. Add butter into bowl. Beat with whisk until it is creamy.
  2. Gradually add icing sugar, beat with whisk until smooth and fluffy
  3. Add orange jam, mix well. Put into piping bag.
ASSEMBLE THE COOKIE SANDWICH
  1. Pipe buttercream filling on 3 cookies equally.
  2. Place the other plain cookies on top of the buttercream.
  3. Draw the orange leaves using green chocolate sauce, and the shine using white chocolate sauce.

Marshmallow Bomb Cookies

Cookie Ingredients

  • Butter 30g
  • Icing sugar 10g
  • Flour 27g
  • Corn flour 17g
  • Cocoa powder 3g
  • Large marshmallow 4pcs

Decoration Ingredients

  • Bear cookies 4pcs
  • Mini oreo 4pcs
  • Fruit candy 4pcs

Cookies Steps:

  1. Add butter + icing sugar into mixing bowl. mix.
  2. Add flour + corn flour + cocoa powder, mic until become dough form.
  3. Divide the dough into 4 round ball.
  4. Preheat the oven on 180°.
  5. Flatten 4 round doughs on placemat, place the marshmallows in the middle, then use the dough to wrap the marshmallow, leaving a little exposed area.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes
Decorate the Cookies
  1. After the marshmallow cookies are baked, immediately put the bear cookies + mini oreo + fruit candy on the marshmallows.

PomPom Custard Cream Tart

Tart

Ingredients

  • Butter 33g
  • Icing sugar 12g
  • Almond flour 15g
  • Flour 30g
  • Corn flour 8g

Decoration Ingredients

  • Custard powder 20g
  • Frosting cream 15g
  • Chocolate cream
  • Strawberry
  • Peach/cake

Tart Steps:

  1. Preheat the oven on 180°
  2. Add butter + icing sugar and mix well in mixing bowl
  3. Add flour + corn flour + almond flour, knead until become dough form
  4. Divide into two, put into tart shell
  5. Bake for 15 minutes
Decorate the Tarts
  1. Add custard powder + frosting cream in an empty mixing bowl. stir to combine.
  2. Add 65ml water, mix until it becomes a smooth custard texture.
  3. Transfer to a piping bag with metal tip.
  4. Place peach/cake in the middle of the tart. pipe the cream around the tart to form a little ‘mountain’.
  5. Add little ears to the sides.
  6. Halve the strawberry and cut to smaller size to make the hats.
  7. Draw on the face with chocolate sauce.
