Pusheen Cinnamon Roll + Choco Bomb

Cinnamon Roll Ingredients

  • 90g plain flour
  • 20g sugar
  • 8g oil
  • Pink food coloring

Topping Ingredients

  • 2g cinnamon powder
  • 10g brown sugar
  • 10g butter
  • 5g dark chocolate sauce
  • 10g white chocolate sauce

Choco Bomb Ingredients

  • 70g green compound chocolate
  • 5g mini marshmallows
  • 3g jimmies sprinkles
  • 5g green fondant
  • 3g chocolate sauce

Cinnamon Roll Steps:

1) Add  water 50ml + sugar + 1 drop pink food coloring in yeast cup. Mix then set aside. 
2) Add flour + oil + yeast mixture into mixing bowl. Mix until it becomes dough.
3) Knead on placemat
 

MAKE CINNAMON FILLING

 
4) Add butter + brown sugar + cinnamon into brown cup. Mix well until it becomes paste.
 
PREHEAT OVEN 180 DEGREE
 
5) Pinch a small amount of dough for the cat ears.
6) Flatten dough by massaging it into a long rectangular strip. The height should be around 4-5cm. 
7) Spread the cinnamon filling onto the surface of the dough. Leave out a little uncoated space on the end of the dough strip.
8) Roll the strip, then jab jab the closing of the strip using toothpick to help bind the dough.
9) Add 2 triangle ears on top of the dough. Bind using the same jabbing method.
 
BAKE FOR 18 MINS   
 
 

MAKE FONDANT

 
10) Divide fondant into 2, then make 2 triangles for cat ears.
 

ASSEMBLE CHOCO BOMB

 
11) Add sprinkles + marshmallows into 1 chocolate dome
12) Cut the corner of melted compound chocolate bag, then glue the other chocolate dome using melted compound chocolate.
13) Glue the fondant ears using leftover chocolate, place on round liner, then put in freezer for 2 mins
14) Take out from freezer, then draw the face details using chocolate pen
 

DECORATE


15) Draw the pusheen face using chocolate pen
16) Drizzle white chocolate pen on top of the cinnamon roll

Duck Cookies + Froggy Peanut Butter Choco Cups

Cookie Ingredients

  • 30g butter
  • 10g icing sugar
  • 15g corn flour
  • 33g plain flour
  • Vanilla
  • 1g black ball sprinkles
  • 1g orange ball sprinkles
  • Yellow food coloring

Peanut Butter Choco Cups Ingredients

  • 60g green compound chocolate
  • 5g fondant
  • 2g dark chocolate sauce
  • 2g pink chocolate sauce
  • 10g peanut butter

MAKE THE COOKIES!

1) Add butter + icing sugar + 2 drops of vanilla + 1 drop yellow food coloring in mixing bowl. Mix.
2) Add corn flour + plain flour. Mix.
3) Place dough on placemat. Knead until thoroughly mixed.
 
PREHEAT OVEN 180°
 
4) Divide dough into 6.
5) Divide each doughs into 2 balls. 1 bigger ball for the duck body, 1 smaller ball for the duck head
6) On baking paper, attach the smaller ball on top of the bigger ball to form ducks.
7) Add black sprinkles for eyes, and orange sprinkles for beaks.
 
BAKE FOR 12 MINS 180°

 

MAKE PEANUT BUTTER CUPS

 
8) Pour melted compound chocolate halfway into 2 cupcake liners.
9) Scoop out some peanut butter using wooden stirrer, then dump into the cupcake liner.
10) Pour the rest of the compound chocolate until peanut butter is fully covered. Put in freezer for 5 mins.

 

MAKE FONDANT

 
11) Divide white fondant into 4. round them up into balls, then flatten.
12) After chocolate fully hardened, use chocolate pen to glue the white fondants.
13) Draw the face using dark chocolate pen and pink chocolate pen.

Cinnamoroll Inspired Mini Cake + Woof Wafers

Cake Ingredients

  • 30g sugar
  • 3g egg replacer powder
  • 30g oil
  • 3g vanilla
  • 60g flour
  • 2.5g baking powder
  • 2g sponge gel

Woof Wafers

  • 3pcs wafers
  • 5g chocolate sauce of any colors
  • 3g Doggy sprinkles

Decoration

  • 60g frosting powder
  • 10g white fondant
  • 2pcs blue chocolate buttons
  • 2pcs pink chocolate buttons
  • 2g blue chocolate sauce in piping bag

LETS MAKE THE CAKE!

PREHEAT OVEN 180 DEGREE
 
1) Add sugar + egg replacer powder + sponge gel and 100ml of water into mixing bowl. Whisk vigorously to create bubbles.                                
2) Add flour and whisk it in well.                                
3) Add oil + vanilla and whisk it well. 
4) Pour into 2 liners equally. 
 
BAKE FOR 15-18 MINS   

 

MAKE FROSTING

5) Add Frosting powder + 60ml water in cup. Mix then put in chiller for 10 mins.
6) Take out frosting from chiller. Stir vigorously then add into piping bag.
 

MAKE FONDANT

7) Make fondant ears, hands, and nose with white fondant
 

DECORATE WAFERS

8) While waiting for cake to cool down, you can decorate the wafers! Drizzle chocolate sauces onto wafers then add the sprinkles.
 

ASSEMBLE THE CAKE!

9) Pipe a small dollop of frosting on cake box base. Place the first layer of the cake on top.
10) Pipe frosting on top of the cake, spread the frosting using spatula.
11) Place the second layer of the cake. Then pipe the remaining frosting on top of the cake. Spread all around the sides of the cake evenly.
12) Place the sprinkle for eyes and blush.
13) Place the heart sugarsheet, then add the fondant ears and hands.
14) Draw the mouth using blue chocolate sauce.
 
 

Hamster Cookies + Paw Ladyfingers

White Dough Ingredients

  • 16g butter
  • 5g icing sugar
  • 10g potato starch
  • 15g flour

Brown Dough Ingredients

  • 10g butter
  • 3g icing sugar
  • 5g potato starch
  • 8g flour
  • 0.5g cocoa powder

Ladyfingers

  • 3pcs ladyfingers
  • 20g dark chocolate sauce
  • 20g pink chocolate sauce
  • 20g white chocolate sauce

Decoration Items

  • 2g Black ball sprinkles
  • Black food coloring

LETS MAKE THE COOKIES!

MAKE WHITE DOUGH

1) Add butter + icing sugar + 2 drops vanilla in mixing bowl. Mix well.
2) Add potato starch + flour into mixing bowl. Mix well.
3) Put on placemat then knead.

MAKE BROWN DOUGH 

4) Add butter + icing sugar + cocoa powder + 1 drop vanilla in mixing bowl. Mix well.
5) Add potato starch + flour into mixing bowl. Mix well.
6) Put on placemat then knead.

DIVIDING DOUGHS

7) Divide white dough into 5, brown dough into 5.
8) Use 1 white dough to make 20 small balls. These will be the 4 feet and 1 tail for 4 hamsters.
9) Use 1 brown dough to make 8 small balls. These will be the ears.

PREHEAT OVEN 180 DEGREE

 

ASSEMBLING

10) Round the white doughs up into 4 oval shape.
11) Make 4 flat ovals with brown dough
12) Stack brown dough on top of white dough, then round them up to make the two doughs attach to each other. Do this 3 more times.
13) Add the 4 feet and 2 ears.
14) Dip toothpick in black food dye, then press lightly on top of the hamsters to create a line.
15) Add 2 ball sprinkles for the eyes.

BAKE FOR 12 MINS

 

DECORATE LADYFINGERS

16) Pour chocolate sauce on top of ladyfingers. Remember not to use all of it because it will be used to draw the paws.
17) Draw the paws using leftover chocolate glaze

Sonic Inspired Oreo Cupcakes

Cupcake Ingredients

  • 20g sugar
  • 2g egg replacer powder
  • 20g oil
  • 2g vanilla
  • 40g flour
  • 1.5g baking powder
  • 6g oreo crumbs

Decoration Ingredients

  • 30g frosting powder
  • 3g jimmies sprinkles
  • 4pcs sonic paper cutouts

Cupcakes Steps:

 
PREHEAT OVEN 180°
 
1) Add sugar + egg replacer powder + 50ml water into mixing bowl. Mix well
2) Add oil + vanilla into mixing bowl. Mix well
3) Add flour + baking powder into mixing bowl. Mix well. Then add the oreo crumbs.
4) Pour batter into 4 cupcake liners equally
 
BAKE FOR 15-17 MINS

 

MAKE FROSTING

5) Add frosting powder + 30ml water + 2 drops yellow food coloring in cup. Mix well then chill in chiller for 10 mins.
6) Take out frosting from chiller. Stir vigorously.
7) Put half of the yellow frosting in piping bag with piping tip.
8) Add 1 drop of blue food coloring into the remaining frosting. Mix then put inside the same piping bag as the yellow frosting.

 

ASSEMBLY

9) Pipe the frosting onto each cupcakes
10) Add the sprinkles then place the sonic paper cutouts.

Kuromi & My Melody Inspired Cookies

Pink Cookie Ingredients

  • 25g butter
  • 10g icing sugar 
  • 15g corn flour
  • 30g flour
  • vanilla
  • Pink food coloring

Black Cookie Ingredients

  • 20g butter
  • 10g icing sugar 
  • 10g corn flour
  • 25g flour
  • 3g charcoal powder or black food coloring
  • vanilla

Decoration

  • 5g blue fondant
  • 5g pink fondant
  • 3g chocolate sauce
  • 3g yellow chocolate sauce

Cookies Steps:

 

MAKE PINK DOUGH

 
1) Add butter + icing sugar + 2 drops vanilla in mixing bowl. Mix well
2) Add corn flour + plain flour in mixing bowl. Mix well then knead on placemat
3) Divide dough into 4 balls. Set aside 1 ball to keep it white (this will be melody and kuromi face). Then color the 3 balls by adding 1 drop of pink coloring.
 

MAKE BLACK DOUGH

 
4) Add butter + icing sugar + 2 drops vanilla in mixing bowl. Mix well
5) Add corn flour + plain flour + charcoal powder in mixing bowl. Mix well then knead on placemat
 
PREHEAT OVEN 180 DEGREE
 

SHAPING

 
6) Divide pink and black doughs into 3 each. Take small amount of each doughs to make kuromi and my melody ears.
7) Round the doughs into balls then flatten on baking paper.
8) Use the white dough set aside earlier to make 6 ovals. make a dent using toothpick on the top of the dough for kuromi’s face.
9) Attach the ears and face.
 
BAKE FOR 12 MINS
 
 

MAKE FONDANT DECORATION

 
10) Make 3 pink skulls and 3 blue bows using fondants.
 

ASSEMBLY


11) Place the bows and skulls on the cookie by gluing them using yellow chocolate sauce
12) Draw the face using dark chocolate sauce and yellow chocolate sauce

Ice Cream Cakepops

Cake Ingredients

  • 20g butter
  • 2g egg replacer powder
  • 10g sugar
  • 25g plain flour
  • 1g baking powder
  • Vanilla

Decorations

  • 30g yellow compound chocolate
  • 30g pink compound chocolate
  • 10g white compound chocolate
  • 2x ice cream cones
  • 5g icing sugar
  • 3g ice cream sprinkles

Cake Steps:

PREHEAT OVEN 200 DEGREE
 
1) Add egg powder + 20ml water in cup. Mix then set aside.
2) Add butter + sugar + 2 drops vanilla into mixing bowl. Mix well
3) Add flour + baking powder into mixing bowl. Mix well
4) Add egg mixture gradually in 2 parts to mixing bowl. Stir well in between.
5) Pour batter into round liner
 
BAKE FOR 15 MINS

 

(After cake is baked, let it cool down properly)
 
6) Add icing sugar into mixing bowl
7) Add cake + 10g melted white chocolate then smush them all together until it creates a smooth dough.
 

ASSEMBLY (on baking paper)

 
8) Divide cake dough into 3.Round only 2 of them up into dough balls.
9) Pour yellow compound chocolate on 1 ball, and pink compound chocolate on the other ball.
10) While still wet, sprinkles. chill in freezer for 2 mins until chocolate hardens.

Pooh & Piglet Inspired Dome Cake

Cake Ingredients

  • 20g sugar
  • 2g egg replacer powder
  • 20g oil
  • 2g vanilla
  • 40g flour
  • 1.5g baking powder

Filling

  • 30g frosting powder
  • 10g orange jam

Decoration

  • 1x pink chocolate dome (30g pink compound chocolate)
  • 1x yellow chocolate dome (30g yellow compound chocolate)
  • 5g pink fondant
  • 5g yellow fondant
  • 5g chocolate sauce

Cake Steps:

PREHEAT OVEN 180 DEGREE
 
1) Add sugar + egg replacer powder + 50ml water into mixing bowl. Mix well.
2) Add oil + vanilla into mixing bowl. Mix well.
3) Add flour + baking powder into mixing bowl. Mix well.
4) Pour batter into 4 cupcake liners.
 
BAKE 180 FOR 15 MINS

 

MAKE FROSTING

 
5) Add frosting powder + 30ml water into cup. Mix then chill in chiller for 10 mins 
6) Take out frosting from chiller. Stir vigorously, then put into piping bag.
 
 

MAKE FONDANT EARS AND NOSE

 
7) Make ears and nose using pink and yellow fondant
 
ASSEMBLY
 
8) Fill the walls of the chocolate domes with frosting cream. 
9) Cut 2 cupcakes in half (the other 2 cupcakes arent going to be used at all).
10) Insert half of the cupcakes into the dome, pipe some orange jam on the cake, then place the other half of the cupcake.
11) Cover with more frosting cream, then stick both cake domes onto cake box base diagonally.
 
DECORATE
 
12) Stick the fondant ears and nose (dab a little bit of water on fondant if the fondant cannot stick)
 13) Draw the face using dark chocolate pen and pink chocolate sauce.
 
 

Mousy Chocolate Donuts

Donut Ingredients

  • 20g sugar
  • 2g egg replacer powder
  • 20g oil
  • 2g vanilla
  • 40g flour
  • 1.5g baking powder
  • 3g cocoa powder

Decoration Ingredients

  • 30g dark compound chocolate
  • 10g red glaze
  • 3g colorful jimmies sprinkles
  • 4pcs chocolate coins
  • 3g red fondant
  • 2pcs yellow chocolate buttons
  • 1g white ball sprinkles

DONUT STEPS:

PREHEAT OVEN 180°

1) Add sugar + egg replacer + 30ml water into mixing bowl. Mix well
2) Add oil + vanilla + cocoa powder into mixing bowl. Mix well.
3) Add flour + baking powder into mixing bowl. Mix well
4) Put batter into piping bag, cut the tip, then pour into 4 donut molds equally.

BAKE FOR 15 MINUTEs

 

MAKE FONDANT

5) Make 1 red bow with red fondant.

ASSEMBLY

6) After melting the compound chocolate with boiled water, pour halfway on 2 donuts (mouse), and pour all over the other 2 donuts
7) Add jimmies sprinkles on the 2 fully covered donuts
8) Use leftover compound chocolate to glue then stab the chocolate coins into the donuts gently, for the mouse ears.
9) Add the red ribbon.
10) Pour red glaze on the 2 mouse donuts. Add white ball sprinkles and yellow chocolate buttons.

Colorpop Melting Moments Cookies

Cookie Ingredients

  • 22g butter
  • 10g icing sugar
  • 15g potato starch
  • 25g flour

Topping (optional)

  • 5g chocolate sauce

STEPS

MAKE DOUGH

1) Add butter + icing sugar + 2 drops vanilla into mixing bowl. Mix well.
2) Add potato starch + flour into mixing bowl. Mix well.
3) Place dough on placemat, then knead.

ADD THE COLORS!

4) Divide dough into 4. Add 1 drop of food coloring (pink, blue, green, purple) on each doughs. Knead until colors are mixed thoroughly.

PREHEAT OVEN 180°

 

SHAPING

5) Divide each colored doughs into 3 small balls.
6) Flatten each balls just a little bit on baking paper, then make 3 line dents using toothpick.

BAKE FOR 10 MINUTES

 

Enjoy with chocolate sauce for topping or can be eaten as it is!
