Cinnamon Roll Ingredients
- 90g plain flour
- 20g sugar
- 8g oil
- Pink food coloring
Topping Ingredients
- 2g cinnamon powder
- 10g brown sugar
- 10g butter
- 5g dark chocolate sauce
- 10g white chocolate sauce
Choco Bomb Ingredients
- 70g green compound chocolate
- 5g mini marshmallows
- 3g jimmies sprinkles
- 5g green fondant
- 3g chocolate sauce
Cinnamon Roll Steps:
1) Add water 50ml + sugar + 1 drop pink food coloring in yeast cup. Mix then set aside.
2) Add flour + oil + yeast mixture into mixing bowl. Mix until it becomes dough.
3) Knead on placemat
MAKE CINNAMON FILLING
4) Add butter + brown sugar + cinnamon into brown cup. Mix well until it becomes paste.
PREHEAT OVEN 180 DEGREE
5) Pinch a small amount of dough for the cat ears.
6) Flatten dough by massaging it into a long rectangular strip. The height should be around 4-5cm.
7) Spread the cinnamon filling onto the surface of the dough. Leave out a little uncoated space on the end of the dough strip.
8) Roll the strip, then jab jab the closing of the strip using toothpick to help bind the dough.
9) Add 2 triangle ears on top of the dough. Bind using the same jabbing method.
BAKE FOR 18 MINS
MAKE FONDANT
10) Divide fondant into 2, then make 2 triangles for cat ears.
ASSEMBLE CHOCO BOMB
11) Add sprinkles + marshmallows into 1 chocolate dome
12) Cut the corner of melted compound chocolate bag, then glue the other chocolate dome using melted compound chocolate.
13) Glue the fondant ears using leftover chocolate, place on round liner, then put in freezer for 2 mins
14) Take out from freezer, then draw the face details using chocolate pen
DECORATE
15) Draw the pusheen face using chocolate pen
16) Drizzle white chocolate pen on top of the cinnamon roll
