White Dough Ingredients
- 16g butter
- 5g icing sugar
- 10g potato starch
- 15g flour
Brown Dough Ingredients
- 10g butter
- 3g icing sugar
- 5g potato starch
- 8g flour
- 0.5g cocoa powder
Ladyfingers
- 3pcs ladyfingers
- 20g dark chocolate sauce
- 20g pink chocolate sauce
- 20g white chocolate sauce
Decoration Items
- 2g Black ball sprinkles
- Black food coloring
LETS MAKE THE COOKIES!
MAKE WHITE DOUGH
1) Add butter + icing sugar + 2 drops vanilla in mixing bowl. Mix well.
2) Add potato starch + flour into mixing bowl. Mix well.
3) Put on placemat then knead.
MAKE BROWN DOUGH
4) Add butter + icing sugar + cocoa powder + 1 drop vanilla in mixing bowl. Mix well.
5) Add potato starch + flour into mixing bowl. Mix well.
6) Put on placemat then knead.
DIVIDING DOUGHS
7) Divide white dough into 5, brown dough into 5.
8) Use 1 white dough to make 20 small balls. These will be the 4 feet and 1 tail for 4 hamsters.
9) Use 1 brown dough to make 8 small balls. These will be the ears.
PREHEAT OVEN 180 DEGREE
ASSEMBLING
10) Round the white doughs up into 4 oval shape.
11) Make 4 flat ovals with brown dough
12) Stack brown dough on top of white dough, then round them up to make the two doughs attach to each other. Do this 3 more times.
13) Add the 4 feet and 2 ears.
14) Dip toothpick in black food dye, then press lightly on top of the hamsters to create a line.
15) Add 2 ball sprinkles for the eyes.
BAKE FOR 12 MINS
DECORATE LADYFINGERS
16) Pour chocolate sauce on top of ladyfingers. Remember not to use all of it because it will be used to draw the paws.
17) Draw the paws using leftover chocolate glaze
