Cookie Ingredients
- 22g butter
- 10g icing sugar
- 15g potato starch
- 25g flour
Topping (optional)
- 5g chocolate sauce
STEPS
MAKE DOUGH
1) Add butter + icing sugar + 2 drops vanilla into mixing bowl. Mix well.
2) Add potato starch + flour into mixing bowl. Mix well.
3) Place dough on placemat, then knead.
ADD THE COLORS!
4) Divide dough into 4. Add 1 drop of food coloring (pink, blue, green, purple) on each doughs. Knead until colors are mixed thoroughly.
PREHEAT OVEN 180°
SHAPING
5) Divide each colored doughs into 3 small balls.
6) Flatten each balls just a little bit on baking paper, then make 3 line dents using toothpick.
BAKE FOR 10 MINUTES
Enjoy with chocolate sauce for topping or can be eaten as it is!
