Cake Ingredients
- 30g sugar
- 3g egg replacer powder
- 30g oil
- 3g vanilla
- 60g flour
- 2.5g baking powder
- 2g sponge gel
Woof Wafers
- 3pcs wafers
- 5g chocolate sauce of any colors
- 3g Doggy sprinkles
Decoration
- 60g frosting powder
- 10g white fondant
- 2pcs blue chocolate buttons
- 2pcs pink chocolate buttons
- 2g blue chocolate sauce in piping bag
LETS MAKE THE CAKE!
PREHEAT OVEN 180 DEGREE
1) Add sugar + egg replacer powder + sponge gel and 100ml of water into mixing bowl. Whisk vigorously to create bubbles.
2) Add flour and whisk it in well.
3) Add oil + vanilla and whisk it well.
4) Pour into 2 liners equally.
BAKE FOR 15-18 MINS
MAKE FROSTING
5) Add Frosting powder + 60ml water in cup. Mix then put in chiller for 10 mins.
6) Take out frosting from chiller. Stir vigorously then add into piping bag.
MAKE FONDANT
7) Make fondant ears, hands, and nose with white fondant
DECORATE WAFERS
8) While waiting for cake to cool down, you can decorate the wafers! Drizzle chocolate sauces onto wafers then add the sprinkles.
ASSEMBLE THE CAKE!
9) Pipe a small dollop of frosting on cake box base. Place the first layer of the cake on top.
10) Pipe frosting on top of the cake, spread the frosting using spatula.
11) Place the second layer of the cake. Then pipe the remaining frosting on top of the cake. Spread all around the sides of the cake evenly.
12) Place the sprinkle for eyes and blush.
13) Place the heart sugarsheet, then add the fondant ears and hands.
14) Draw the mouth using blue chocolate sauce.

11) Place the second layer of the cake. Then pipe the remaining frosting on top of the cake. Spread all around the sides of the cake evenly.
12) Place the sprinkle for eyes and blush.
13) Place the heart sugarsheet, then add the fondant ears and hands.
14) Draw the mouth using blue chocolate sauce.
